 Let me give you a little background on where "The Missing Concept to Staying in Business" came from. I am a highly educated physicist who has had many businesses. Some were successful and some not. I have been successful in my work. I have written over 100 technical papers and have over 20 patents. I am also very creative.

Yet, unknown to me there was something controlling my life in a way not necessarily constructive to personal success. I read all the books on successful businesses. I read all the motivational books. I listened to others. The concept I needed was not among the information. There was a piece of information missing, the prime overriding concept. A concept I needed to control to become successful.

       The third person who wanted to go into business with me found out I could buy real-estate for no money down and with a positive cash flow from day one.
